BLeGIT is the National Member Group for queer interpreters, and we have a very exciting event coming up. We are proud to announce that this summer, BLeGIT will host its first ever National Symposium in San Francisco, CA on August 2nd and 3rd. This historic gathering will be a place to gather together and network, socialize, learn about shared issues, celebrate the history of our organization and plan for the future. BLeGIT welcomes anyone who wishes to participate so please help us get the word out to as many folks as possible. The entire event will be accessible to people using ASL and English. Please note that the Thursday night social event is a free, open event- we just want people to have an opportunity to meet each other and start building energy to create some change in our community.
